Remember those days when you and your boyfriend or husband could just do it whenever and wherever you felt like it?
Well, I sure do. When Brandon and I first starting going out we were dating long distance. I lived in NY and he lived in VA.
So, when we’d see each other every other weekend, it was like one big sex fest. Friday night, sex; Saturday morning, sex; Saturday afternoon, sex; and then maybe a nice nap. Dinner, go out, then sex.
And of course, we had to go out with a bang on Sunday.
Now, married with three kids, sometimes sex seems so scheduled. However, there are those rare treats, when you least expect it.
Like this past Tuesday Brandon was home for lunch. As soon as I saw him I knew I needed some “dessert”.
We ran into our bedroom like two teenagers hiding from their parents and BOOM, “Star rockets in flight, afternoon delight.”
It’s a good thing my kids can’t recognize what sex flush looks like on me. I could always just tell them that a bottle of blush exploded on my face and chest.
So about an hour after our little escapade, I told my friend Susan about my little romp. I told her even though it was fun, I felt a little naughty for doing it in the middle of the day.
She made me feel better immediately. Susan said, “When the mood strikes, you should just do it.”
I just love that advice and will keep on taking it and taking it and …..
